Working Together

As part of our discovery time we are concentrating on 'working together'. Here are Kaitiaki and Hinerau working together to produce a pastel picture.

About Room 8

We are a Year 1/2 class at Otaki Primary in Otaki, Kapiti, New Zealand.

In a school that also offers Te Reo Immersion and Bi-lingual Education, we are part of the English Immersion pathway which caters for a range of culturally diverse students of whom we are proud. Some of the students in this syndicate are of European descent and others and/or their families have come from China, Fiji, Japan, Tokelau, Tuvalu, Samoa and the Cook Islands. We embrace biculturalism and also enjoy the richness and diversity presented by the many cultures here.
